Γιώτη Ελίνα

Elina holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Thessaly and, right after her studies, started her career in Aluminium of Greece, handling projects of continuous improvement. 

In 2016, Elina joined Papastratos, the Greek affiliate of Philip Morris International, as an EHS Engineer, navigating through different aspects of Environment, Health & Safety agenda. In 2019, she moved to the Manufacturing department as Process Lead and afterwards she progressed to Line Lead role, where her major objective is the continuous improvement of the production line results’ by eliminating losses and developing the capabilities of the respective teams.
