Mr. Krikos holds a degree in Computer Science and two master’s degrees—one in Computer Science and another in Business Administration (MBA). He has contributed to the field through 10 publications in prestigious conferences. His career began at Microsoft, working on proofing tools for the Greek language. Since 2006, he has been part of the telecommunications sector, progressing through roles in engineering, operations, and management. He was involved in IT monitoring, architecture, integration, and CRM systems. His work included digital transformation initiatives, system restructuring, and microservices adoption. As of January 1, 2025,
he is managing the Customer Systems Directorate, overseeing all CRM systems of OTE. Over the years, his team has worked on several innovative initiatives, experimenting with technologies such as blockchain, gamification concepts, and, in the last two years, multiple GenAI initiatives.
